Individual Membership
The Individual Membership is £34.99/month with a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly.
14-day cooling-off period
You can cancel within 14 days of starting your membership for any reason. If you cancel within this period you will receive a refund of any membership fee paid, less a proportionate amount for any days of the Services you have already used.
Cancelling after 14 days
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period and before the end of the 12-month minimum term, the remaining membership fees for the rest of the 12-month term are payable.
After the 12-month minimum term, your membership continues monthly and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Clinic and business memberships
Where a clinic or business pays for a patient's membership, cancellation and billing are governed by the agreement between VITANECTRA and that organisation. Where the patient pays VITANECTRA directly, this policy applies.
Blood tests and appointments
Blood tests, GP appointments and phlebotomy bookings are coming January 2027 and are purchased separately from the membership. Their cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
