How to cancel
Cancel from your VITANECTRA profile at any time. Your cancellation takes effect immediately and your membership will not renew.
You can also cancel in writing at VITANECTRA, 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom. Include the email address on your account.
14-day cooling-off period
You can cancel within 14 days of starting your membership for any reason. If you cancel within this period you will receive a refund of any membership fee paid, less a proportionate amount for any days of the Services you have already used.
Cancelling after 14 days
A 12-month minimum term applies to both monthly and yearly billing. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period and before the end of the 12-month minimum term, the remaining membership fees for the rest of the 12-month term are payable.
After the 12-month minimum term, your membership continues on your chosen billing cycle and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. Refunds are made in US dollars; your card issuer controls the exchange rate applied.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
