Health Data Privacy

Your health data is the most sensitive information you share with us. This page explains exactly how we handle it.

Last updated: 28 October 2026. VITANECTRA, 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom.

What health data we hold

Health data you enter, upload or sync through your account or the VITANECTRA app, powered by Nicoya Health: vitals, lab results, medication, sleep, activity, biometric and wellness data, plus measurements such as height and weight.

If you connect a smartwatch, wearable or third-party health app, it may share health and demographic data with the app. That third party's privacy policy also applies.

Your explicit consent

Health data is special category data under UK GDPR Article 9. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give when you choose to add or sync health data, and which you can withdraw at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.

How it is used

Your health data is used to provide the Services: showing your data back to you, connecting it in one place and generating the summaries you request.

We never sell your health data. We do not use your health data or content to train AI models. We do not use your health data for advertising.

Who can see it

Your health data is private to your account. It is processed on our behalf by Nicoya Health (app platform), our hosting and database provider, and our payment processor for payment data only.

We do not send your health reports to anyone unless you choose to share them.

Storage and security

Health documents and reports are stored privately, linked to your account, with access controls and encryption in transit. No online system is ever completely secure.

Your control

You can access, correct and delete your health data through your account, and you can delete saved VITA Guide conversations using the delete control in VITA Guide.

To exercise any other right, contact us in writing at the address below. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or to your local data protection authority.
