The membership
The International Membership is a digital membership. It gives you a VITANECTRA member account and access to the VITANECTRA app, powered by Nicoya Health, to record and connect your health data, including data from compatible smartwatches and wearables.
Blood tests, GP appointments and phlebotomy bookings are United Kingdom services coming January 2027. They are not included in the international membership.
Price and billing
The membership is $46.52 per month or $558.24 per year, billed in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees if your account is in another currency.
Membership is billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renews automatically until cancelled.
Minimum term
A 12-month minimum term applies from the day your membership starts. This applies to both monthly and yearly billing.
Cooling-off period
You can cancel within 14 days of starting your membership for any reason and receive a refund of the membership fee paid, less a proportionate amount for any days of the Services you have already used. See Cancel Membership for full details.
After the minimum term
After the 12-month minimum term, your membership continues on your chosen billing cycle and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Joining the app
After starting your membership, download the Nicoya Health app, which powers VITANECTRA, create or sign into your app account, then join VITANECTRA using the 8-character code or QR code provided to you.
